These is no greater wisdom in life than truth. To express ones truth is the ultimate in life and art. To say the things and paint the things we truely feel is a wondeful way of releasing anger, frustration, and pain. Isn't it interesting that the first four letters of the word paint is pain. These paintings represent pure raw emotions. I call my style Contrastive-Abstractism. I choose colors that fight each other and clash with each other. I choose colors that make the paintings vibrate with energy.

These paintings are a one of a kind that have captured a feeling or emotion in time, just like a photograph captures reality at that moment in time. Since these are one of a kind paintings that have captured an emotion at that moment in my life, there is no way for me to reproduce these paintings exactly. Even for me, years later, I would notice certain shapes that I did not see before in the paintings. They are great for staring at.
